Okay, I'm for Dean - Clark "probably" would have supported war resolution |
|
I was torn between Clark and Dean. Going back and forth. But now I'm for Dean until the end. Why? Because today's Washington Post is reporting Clark as saying he "probably" would have supported the war resolution if he were in Congress. The article goes on to say that Clark likens himself to Lieberman and Kerry's position that the war was justified, but disagree with the way the administration is handling it.

5. Dean only wanted a delay in war. He was not anti-war. |
|
If he had been in Congress, he probably would have voted for it too. Look back at all his changing positions on the war.
Clark came out against the war in advance and now is taking a more moderate position - after the fact. It may be a smart move.
