Which is worse for the Repukes? |
|
1. To have Bush be held accountable for his deceite and get trounced out of ofice?
2. To cover for Bush and demonstrate to the world that the repukes cannot and will not ever play honestly?
I say in the long run, letting Bush get away with this will damage them more and for a longer time than simply coming clean and being honest with America.
Bush's dishonor will end this party for good. And Good riddance to that.

As long as the Repubs have the majority in both houses no one will be held accountable legally. We'll have to vote Bush out. Only a vote for the Dem nominee will do it, whomever he or she is.
