Hi all. I'm thankful for the video that was given of his testimony. I was wondering if there was a way to get the whole thing? If not then that's fine. I also was wondering is this the only day he's testimonying or can he take them all to court? Maybe he's the one who can save us and all the Iraqi's. Is there a way to get Bush involved in the trials?

1. Apparently he DID go to court (in GB) and sued |
|
the Daily Telegraph over the stories they published linking him to the oil-for-food "scandal" and won both a retraction and a $200,000 (or maybe 200,000 pounds?) award.
It would be hard for him to sue the US gov or the Senators on the panel... but it must be pointed out that he was under NO obligation to testify to the Senate committee, and likely (as a MOP) enjoys diplomatic immunity (so even travel to the US would not be a problem).

2. I'd love to see a transcript of the rest of the hearing, yes. |
|
Anyone got a link? Or did they shuffle the reporters out after he started talking?

4. CNN was monitoring his testimoney either live or via split screen |
|
for about 1 1/2 hours. If they had a way to monitor it, there had to be cameras there. I would watch cspan tonight. Many times they broadcast these hearings later after live coverage of the House and Senate are done for the day. Maybe even this weekend.
