I need link to Bush's comments linking Saddam/9-11

I saw a post earlier this morning about something Bush said about this subject but I can't find it now.

1. Search under Iraq resolution

Someone posted the war resolution yesterday. It had the clearest link I've seen. I did some googling yesterday and found lots of quotes about a link to al Qaeda, but none directly to 9/11. It seems that WA was doing something like this...

"SH has been harboring terra-ists, and we know what terra-ists did on 9/11." Kind of like "The British have learned..."
