This Memorial Day on C-SPAN - A Day to Remember

11 am ET - LIVE - Memorial Day ceremony
The annual ceremony live from Arlington National Cemetery with a wreath-laying at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

Annual Rolling Thunder Ride for Freedom
Highlights from the annual motorcycle rally honoring POW-MIAs including a keynote address by former VA Secretary Anthony Principi.

End of World War II
Panels held at the Library of Congress discussing the end of the war from an eyewitness perspective and a historical perspective.

4 pm ET - LIVE - Women's Memorial Ceremony
Event at the Women's Memorial in Arlington featuring a keynote address by Annette Polan, the project director for the "Faces of the Fallen" exhibit, now on display at the Women's Memorial. It features artists' depictions of the more than 1,300 servicemen and women who've been killed in Afghanistan & Iraq.

Conversations with Wounded Soldiers
Interviews conducted earlier this year at Walter Reed Army Hospital with soldiers recovering from wounds suffered in Iraq. They discuss their rehabilitation and experiences in battle.
