How does Clark stand on Bush's welfare for the rich?
I refuse to call them tax cuts. But what does he plan to do about it?

1. Rescind all but the middle class tax cuts.
I haven't seen a detailed proposal (like deatailed proposals survive the legislative process), but he's talked about keeping the cuts that affect individuals up to about 100k/yr.

2. He opposes the Bush taxcuts
I think he favors retaining the paltry middle class tax cuts, but otherwise he favors repeal.
