If he wasnt in the DOJ, the feds would have tried to subponea him because he would have had informtaion they didnt have. Since they never tried, it meant that the feds had all the same info he had.

Doesn't mean that this guy is the same guy in the DOJ as Deep Throat though.

I too have my doubts about Felt. If Deep Throat is Bush I,
then I'm sure he'd ever want that to be outted to overshadow
the legacy of the shrub.  It just would'nt be prudent @ this
juncture. Dubya has too many other negatives of his own,
without Poppy's added drama.  By the way, Matcom, what is the
hippo doing? Just curious.
