The phrase itself is catchy....but I don't agree with it.

Monica's blue dress symbolized a consensual relationship between 2 consenting adults. It was a private matter.

The Downing memo, on the other hand, IS a public matter. It represents the lies the Bush regime told in order to rush us to war. It's lying to the American people about a matter of state.

Monica's blue dress and the Downing memo are apples and oranges.
