C-Span "viewer services rep"...rudest person ever

I called to comment on how the "live coverage" is anything BUT live, sincethey keep cutting in and out of the event..and it appears as if c-span may be choosing whom to show and not showing the rest.

She said.. "NO YOU ARE WRONG"..we cover it all, except we 'may' be having technical difficulties or they may be taking a break". I remarked that when AEI or Heritage has a "live" event, we seem to always be treated to every sly side-comment and intermittant chit-chat.

She all but YELLED at me.. YOU ARE WRONG..and then hung up on me..

and just now, a commentator said.."We'll show you as much of this as we can"..for an event that they are scheduled to show LIVE...

1. Call back and ask to speak to her boss. That really makes them crazy.
