Has gasolene went up in your area after last weekend? |
|
Driving through Urbana, Illinois today I noticed at the cheap stations unleaded was $2.20 a gallon. Last week it was under 2 dollars!

now trickling back down after the stockpile report.
It all seems to be tied to the oil and gas futures market.
Thank the fucking traders in the markets for the fluctuations.

slightly in that there are 2 areas that i check in my small southern piedmont ville. One has the usual upper range and the other, just seperated by a few miles lower. It's hovered around $2.07-2.12 from lower to upper side. Today crossing thru the upper noticed a drop to $2.05, expecting the drop in the usual lower stations, rode by and notice they remained at $2.07. . . thus destroying my theory.
there is no method, just madness.
