New 'Deep Throat' needed for Iraq, says Nixon rival



WASHINGTON (AFP) - The US media needs a modern-day "Deep Throat" within the administration of President George W. Bush to reveal how America was "misled" on Iraq, former presidential contender George McGovern said.



"We need someone like that who is highly placed to tell us what's really going on. We know that we were misled on Iraq," McGovern told Fox News Radio.

1. Bush & his entire administration is as corrupt

as Nixon and his administration was. Felt had to go outside of that administration to get the info out.

2. They're all kool-aided up but hopefully someone will wake up and

smell the coffee, and show exactly how badly we've been lied to. The Woodward book Plan of Attack says that around Nov 2001 Bush wanted to attack Iraq. O'Neill's book Price of Loyalty says it was from Day One.

I think the 9-11 whistle-blowers and Sibel Edmonds etc., along with Col. Steve Butler, they all saw it happen and were agast.

We can't get anywhere without the House of Representatives and the power of the purse.
