http://www.reuters.com/newsArticle.jhtml?type=televisionNews&storyID=8455237I was happy to see Judy Woodruff was leaving UNTIL I heard that it would be replaced by a 3 hour show hosted by Wolf Blitzer. He is much much worse than Judy Woodruff. If you want to send comments here are their e-mails: http://www.cnn.com/feedback/forms/form1.html?35http://www.cnn.com/feedback/forms/form5.html?6http://www.cnn.com/feedback/forms/form5.html?8I told them they should have a show with Paul Begala, Bill Press, Arianna Huffington, Ron Reagan or John Dean. They were apparently thinking of having Carlos Watson replace Judy but changed their minds.

He is one of my favorites. So studied and reasonable, so likeable.
Thank you for the links.

3. They will have Begala and Carville on too apparently. |
|
NEW YORK (Hollywood Reporter) - CNN will debut a three-hour, late-afternoon show hosted by Wolf Blitzer that will replace "Crossfire" and "Inside Politics" sometime this summer.
The show, which does not yet have a name, will run from 3-6 p.m. ET. Blitzer, who already hosts two hours weekdays (noon-1 p.m. ET and 5-6 p.m. ET) and "Wolf Blitzer Reports" on Sundays, will be the primary host.
-snip-
Klein said that he wouldn't guarantee that the "Crossfire" name would survive but said there was a place on the new show for the regulars.
"(Paul) Begala, (James) Carville and (Bob) Novak will find a home in this program we're going to do, but I think I'd like them to stop yelling at each other," Bohrman said. He pointed to the work Begala and former Pentagon spokeswoman Torie Clarke did with the State of the Union and the recent presidential press conference -- more analytical and less confrontational -- as the wave of the future.

6. The Hemoraging Continues... |
|
Klein is turning out to be a bigger baffoon than I originally thought. Either he's purposely torching this network or he's on nose candy to think that 3 hours of Leslie's smarmy is going to attract viewers...especially the many of us his decrepit network has chased away.
CNNServative serves only to hear the latest Rove talking point or the corporate spin on the world. Blitzer fits this mold well as he can look so harmless while saying the most inane things. Only Russert does it better.
Fortunately there are many alternatives now to CNNServative that didn't exist in the past and many of us use that as our prime source for information. CNNServative purely serves as background noise, if that, these days.
