"The only thing that will save Bush is another 9-11." |

Get this talking point out there. Flood the media with e-mails simply stating this fact. Over and over again. Don't let up. Make this statement a public clique. Make sure every Republican you know hears this until they cry.
WE WON'T BE FOOLED AGAIN!

|
the "another 9/11" meme might turn into the "trifecta" meme, which worked out fine for shrub....

Another good one... but it's all linked to the fact that another terror attack means Martial Law, an endless War Of Terror, and the re-institution of the draft.
Make everyone understand that no other entity stands to benefit as much from another 9-11 as the BFEE.
Ergo...
"The only thing that would save Bush is another 9-11" plants the seed.

3. You're right, We Won't be Fooled Again |

Polling in Sept/Oct prior to the election showed * losing in a huge landslide if a major terrorist event had taken place.
He's cooked six ways from Sunday. I sincerely hope that the slow cooking of his failed regime is the order of the next few months.
The stuff will hit the fan the day he drops below 40% approval.
Excellent post.

They are playing for keeps and if they think they are going to lose, they will do anything to avoid trial for war crimes and crimes against humanity.

They will do ANYTHING to hold onto power. Even killing more people. That's what worries me. Especially now with all the noise the DSM is getting. :\

We are entering (or are already in) the danger period, the same interval as after the 2000 election leading up to the 2001 PNAC 9/11. This is the period when it is most likely to go off.
Of course, if they are going to do another one, it has to have at least the same psychological impact as 9/11, which means it has to be that much greater than 9/11 to shock and awe the inured masses.
What could that be? The detonation of a nuclear device in a US city. It will have the effect of solidifying Con control of the government for the next 20 years, by which time the country will no longer be recognizable.
Of course Iran will be blamed, leading to the next round of Neocon attacks in the Middle East.

How much support Bush could gain from a staged assassination attempt?
Ever see Bob Roberts?
I wonder which left wing activist they'll set up through a psy op to be the patsy?

8. I think he's perfectly "safe" .. |
|
at least until we know the outcome of the '06 election. If we're Diedolded. yet again, it's "game over" for us and anyoone else who dares to challenge them.
No one in congress will take any steps to remove him. there are history bopoks being written right now, that will portray him as the greatest thing since sliced bread....and we will always be portrayed as complainers and "just Bush-haters"..
Until we solve the "election troubles", nothing else really matters:(

9. I keep thinking this would NOT help the * admin. |
|
Wouldn't it make them look totally incompetent? It would demoralize the public, but I don't think that would help Dimson. I think whatever shreds of credibility the * admin. has now would disappear. (And I don't think *'s "approval" is as high as 40%).

10. But will he LIHOP or MIHOP? |
|
If there's no attacks, he'll say "see I'm keeping you safe." But if there is another 9-11, he'll say, "see how much you need me?"
It's a sick sick sick game.

11. Another 9/11 and they'll be able to use the fear to |
|
suspend elections all together.
And the huddled masses would be too stupid to realize just who let the 2nd 9/11 happen . . .
They'll be listening to the non-stop monologue from Rush reporting from Ground Zero II (strangely, he never leaves Florida . . .)

13. Wouldn't another 9/11 hurt him? |
|
One of the reasons many people voted for Bush was their (insert your own adjective) belief that he'd protect the US from terrorists. If terrorists hit, that undercuts the reason he's president.
The world before 9/11 was much different that it is now. A growing number of people are upset about Iraq - people (and the media) are finally seeing Iraq is a mess - to put it lightly. The effects of the tax cuts are being felt with lowered services to many people.
I may be too optimistic, but, I don't think a terrorist attack would help him. And, could he declare Marshall Law without the support of Congress?

I don't see how that could help him at all. Especially with all of that 'look, we havn't had a terrorist attack' rhetoric they've been spewing when backed into a corner.

17. I do not like this meme as it implies his 9//11 and post actions are |
|
correct and give tacit approval to mass murder, looting of the treasury, and treason. Another 9/11 only 'saves' him if the people buy into the LIE.
