Michael Savage thinking of running for Christopher Cox seat in CA?
Listening to a bit of right-wing radio on my way home this evening, Savage said he thought he could win. He said several others were considering the seat, including former Congressman, Bob Dornan. But, he said he thought he could perform a better service by staying on the radio rather than being in Congress. Michael Savage for Congress! Yeah, sure...

1. He will so lose and guarantee a Dem victory
We need to make sure we contest this seat. No more Savages in Congress!

3. That would be about the only way a Democrat could win
which is why I'm sure Karl Rove would pick up the phone and put the kibosh on Weiner's candidacy.

5. He's just another right winger prostituting himself
and entertaining the simple minded. He's hilarious.

6. The Ego Needs This...Yes It Does...
Sitting there every night blathering your diatribes and then listening to toadies chirp your rhetoric back at you can do some strange things to the ego.

Savage is hoping he's so popular...so loved that someone is going to reach out and make him the next Arnold. He's fishing with this one...getting his coven of listeners to write the party and see if the Repugnican party loves Michael Weiner as much as Michael Weiner does (which is very little...this guy is full of self-hate).

It's not necessarily getting the nomination...it's just the consideration he wants. Not every hate radio host gets mentioned for something bigger and better. So much for Dennis Miller's Senate candidacy.

I'd love to see B-1 Bob run...it'd be fun to have him to kick around a bit. Let's find out if he's added to that shrine in his backyard and do some digging into his screwy finances.

Problem is Cox is from San Diego...still Repugnican turf. I'm not sure how strong the Democrats have gotten in that area.
