1. Virginia
The Virginia Supreme Court just overturned the late-term abortion ban because there was no clause to protect the mother. For the time being, Virginia has no law banning late-term abortions.

2. Well it sounds like a ban on abortions with an exception for the
life and health of the mother would be constitutional right?
