1. He has dashed the hope that this century would be different from the

one we left behind especially because the fall of the Soviet Union had opened up the possibility of a peace dividend that could transform the entire earth.But the warmongers among us saw a different kind of opportunity one in which American hegemony could be accomplished with very little resistance.

3. It's not just "our pResident" it's the endless programming by operatives

of Rove (Lutz, Limbaugh, Hannity, Weiner, etc.) who have been publishing their talking points throughout the Republican network.

The propaganda artists in this Executive Branch would make the Nazi Goebbels turn over in his grave while screaming, "I love those beautiful bastards! If we only had television and the Internet to disseminate our propaganda to the masses. We would have ruled the world!"

The truly *absurd* propaganda that the Military/Industrial Supportive Corporate Media is also sticking with the average American sheeple. They have truly brainwashed far too many good people.

My only hope for the USA's future as a Democracy is the blow-back that will emanate from the grass roots as more and more of our youth give their lives for another war based on lies.

This will end, if we're lucky :( , the same as the so called Vietnam Conflict, i.e., we lost 58,000 military.
