Isn't it ironic that the only country among the Arab nations of the
Middle East that was secular, gave equal rights to women and had many aspects of modernity in its social life was victimized by the Bush criminal gang? This, despite no evidence of any links to terrorism,WMD's or any other trumped up pretexts Bush could come up with. Now that we know Bush and Blair had already made the decision to invade Iraq as early as 9/11 and molded all evidence around that policy objective including the Niger Yellowcake forgery and the many lies spewed by Powell at U.N.

It is beginning to look like the only people who told the truth about all this were Hans Blix, Scott Ritter,El Baradei and ..... Saddam Hussein.

The so called Oil for Food Scandal is the latest in a long list of propaganda efforts by Bush to taint others. His running dogs at the Senate, Norm Cleman and Carl Levin, got burnt by Galloway and quickly screamed back by the unexpected assault the Scotsman launched. Judy Miller ever ready for another propaganda scoop was left stranded without any thing that she could write home about.May be she can join Daniel Okrent in his windmill tilting at Paul Krugman.
