Bob Novak and William Sapphire prove how scared the GOP is of Clark
It was great to see how truly scared Republicans are of Ted Kennedy and Wesley Clark. Republican morons William Sapphire and Bob Novak spent most of thier time during "Meet The Press" attempting to slur the name of great Dems like Kennedy and Clark. Sapphire proved his ignorance by claiming that we went to war in Iraq to "Stop Hussien from killing 10,000 iraqis". That's funny, if we went to war just to stop a tyrant, how come we haven't invaded North Korea or Iran, or Syria. Not only that, but I recall alot of bullshit reasons for war, none of which had anything to with the suffering of the Iraqi people. Sapphire also was dumb-ass enough to claim Cheney did well on last week's "Meet The Press". Cheney was PATHETIC, he isn't even a good liar. Kennedy could bitch slap and out drink and pussy Republican including scum like Sapphire and his girlfriend Novak.

Speaking of Novak, the old fart reached a new level of idiocy, when he tried to disparage an American patriot like Wesley Clark. Novak claimed Clark had alot of baggage, what exactly would that be. Clark is a Army war hero who was fighting in the trenches of Vietnam, when George Bush was busy hiding under his bunk in Texas peeing himself. Clark is a four star general who won the war in Kosovo. Bush can't even win the PEACE CHRIST SAKE. Novak also made the snide remark that
clark was a "Liberal General"... so what, that just means he is a superior person, since everyone knows Democrats are by thier very nature superior to pussy Republicans like Novak and Sapphire. Well I guess you can't blame Bob Novak for being cranky, after all the poor bugger hasn't had a solid bowel movement since 1964.

1. They were so sickening...
And why isn't that smug idiot, Bob Novak, not doing his interviews from a federal facility? He should have been locked up weeks ago for outing Wilson's wife as CIA.

2. Yeah, that makes sense...
We went to war, killing 40,000 + Iraqi's to prevent Saddam from killing 10,000.

I'm glad they're afraid of Clark. They should be.

4. How do we know Saddam was killing "10,000" Iraqis when we didn't ..
know anything else about Saddam or WMDs or nuclear capability. In fact, we had no credible intelligence on Saddam or his weapons. How did we know specifically how many people he was killing? Just curious.

5. Clark steals the war issue from the GOP
that's why they're going after him so viciously.

Deanie Boppers should take notice, abandon Dean and go with a sure winner in Nov 04, Clark.

11. Was With You Guys
untill you said dump Dean. I just did dump on Dean, another $100. The entire right has been after Dean for weeks now. Guess that makes him the winner. Good for the right for going after Clark. If they didn't he would not be my 2nd choice. Meet The Press is always bad, whats new?

7. OKAY, GUYS, HERE'S WHAT TO DO:
Sorry for shouting but I wanted this to be SEEN!! And I shall repost this again tonight and tomorrow morning.

Here's what to do:

Ted Kennedy's numbers are -

in Washington: (202) 224 - 4543
in Boston: (617) 565 - 3170

PLEASE CALL his office(s) to tell them you approve of what he said and you are glad somebody of great prominence is finally telling it like it is - this war IS a "FRAUD made up in Texas." AND, that you want to know where the money's going and why so much of it, every month, is unaccounted for.

For even more fun, here are Tom DeLay's numbers -

in Washington: (202) 225 - 5951
in Texas: (281) 240 - 3700

PLEASE CALL his office(s) also - to tell them how utterly wrong he is, how Ted Kennedy is absolutely correct, and how he, DeLay, should SHUT UP! Or better yet, start WISING UP and stop this Godawful war!

I realize this is Sunday, but I wanted to extend the heads-up. This is VITALLY important! They need to hear from us! You can bet your lunch money Ted is getting bombarded with right-wing hate mail for showing spine like this. He needs to hear from us to counter balance those attacks.

If this thread fades, I shall post this stuff again so we can get working on this, first thing tomorrow morning.

8. Now this really
makes me laugh out loud. "Sapphire also was dumb-ass enough to claim Cheney did well on last week's "Meet The Press"." Last week's interview with Cheney made me so sick I had to turn it off halfway through. Those people are all discusting.

And, you are certainly right about Ted Kennedy.

12. Sapphire also said we had to attack Iraq to "keep them from
attacking us again" Say what? When did Iraq attack us?

I see now that the pundits are ignoring Bush and backing Cheney's tactic of "they might very well have WMDs/taken part in 9/11/be pals wit Al Queda. We just don't know" counting on the ignorance and suspicion of ordinary Americans to bolster this non-point. Andrew Sullivan was taking up the banner with a bit more finesse on Tweety's show.

Odd they don't stand up for their Great President, who appears to be speaking a little truth at last! Sapphire and Sullivan and ilk are too vain to back down an inch from their previous idiotic stance;they prefer to cower in the bunker with the Big Dick.

13. When did "Meet the Press" become "Meet Tim Russert"?
Good old "fair and balanced". Two arch-conservatives and a couple of right-leaning journalists. Russert is doing Jack Welch proud.

16. Novak and Safire agree that there's a Clinton conspiracy which
inspired Clark's candidacy but it was beyond their belief that the
march to war was a "fraud" as stated by Ted Kennedy.
