Can't these New Jersey Republicans think up anything for themselves?

First Bret Schundler web hacks photoshop his scowling mug in front of Howard Dean's enthusiastic sign waving crowd. Now it seems his rival, Doug Forrester, is not going to let himself be outdone in the plagerism department.

Today I noticed a bunch of brand new Doug Forrester yard signs along highway 35 proclaiming that "New Jersey deserves a government as good as its people".

Does that phrase sound familiar? It did to me. When I got home I did a quickie google search and immediately came up with the title of Jimmy Carter's campeign biography. "A Government As Good As Its People."

The same phrase proudly crawls across the top of Forrester's website.
