In celebration of Kerry's Downing Street Minutes statement tomorrow

I don't know if you've had the opportunity to read LBN recently, but The Raw Story has confirmed that Kerry will deliver a statement regarding the Minutes tomorrow:

In celebration, I plan to donate $37 to the DNC after the statement has been made. Why $37 you ask? Because when he speaks tomorrow, it will be 37 days since the story was first published in The London Times and therefore, ignored for 37 days by the majority of people in Congress and in the media. So fellow DUers, are you with me?

I've looked at the C-Span TV schedule. I don't see it. Not that I thought I would but maybe I missed it. Does anybody know where I can see it?
