IMHO, there are better ways to deal with these folks than by giving them the public attention they need to survive. They come here for our comments, our judgments and our disagreements. They use are statements and twist them to create their facts. Communicating with each other through pmails and emails is a much better way than sharing their websites in a public forum and further making public their attempts to malign and defame us. I believe in not letting my opponent know what it is I am doing to oppose his actions. Call me crazy, but it always seems like a better way to handle things. :shrug:

As this is the final DUMMIE ALERT!, I wish to remind others why this is important; why everybody has a dog in this fight.
Fraud in our society weakens us all, corrodes us all, as the child-like, the imbeciles, the incompetents, the ignorant, and the DUmmies are manipulated and cheated by those who offer friendship or ideological solidarity, but whose real motive is simply to cheat those simpler than they.

In many ways, the war against fraud and deceit is just as important as the war against terror, the war against poverty, the war against ignorance, so as to ensure we remain a decent, civilized society. A confidence-man is just as much a threat to the Republic, as is an armed terrorist, taxation policies that discourage wealth-building, or the militant malcontent misinforming.

It is perhaps superfluous to mention that the war against fraud and deceit also involves a fight against blatant hypocrisy; a struggle against those who wish to make the rules for the rest of us to follow, while they feel free to go out and do whatever they want to do, following no rules at all.

The war against fraud and deceit is something in which all honest Americans of all ideological stripes should engage, and our thanks go out to all those, including many from the other side of the political aisle, who have put so much time and strength into this particular war.

It resolves back to godaddy.com if you enter jomax.net into your browser. It either is a division of godaddy for hosting or it's a reseller for them.

Someone will have to check the TOS to see what they are violating, it probably wouldn't be hard to find something.

Also, their registration info remains false and easily proven false which is, of course, still cause for removal from any host. You'd think they would have sprung for the few extra bucks to register privately...but they are clearly idiots.

I'm not sure it's even worth the time to complain about them at this point, the posts there are mostly from the same guy who signs on under 8 different user names and talks to himself ....sad, really.
