the Bushista Cabal members are, like their Great Leader, moral cowards who would never have the guts to stand up and admit their role in the wrongdoings. While they'd certainly be greedy for the money, and I think some may really struggle between greed and moral cowardice, I believe moral cowardice would always win out in the end.
