Question - Why does the Administration need a weak dollar?
I heard the explanation once, but cannot remember.

Anyone know offhand?

1. because an inflated weak dollar
means that foreign debt is also devalued; it makes it cheaper to pay it back or borrow more.

But a weaker dollar makes our exports relatively cheaper overseas.
