Especially as they may be used against the Universal Adversary. :scared:

6. I cant find it anymore.
I think it involves mirrors or foil or something to reflect the microwaves. it doesn't hurt people it just fucks up electronic devices.

7. I dunno. EMF stands for Electro-magnetic Field.
Sure, it disables electronics. We know that from nuclear weapons and the electro magnetic pulse. Wasn't that the purpose of the neutron bomb program under Ray-Gun? No, that was to kill people and leave the infrastructure intact. I'm surprised that didn't happen in Irag, now that I think about it.
But, there is also some evidence that microwaves concentrated on the heads of cel phone users are dangerous.
