Anybody else get this email about drafting a Judge Prado?

A supposed moderate for the Supreme Court. I like the idea, but don't know where this is coming from and if it's legit, etc.

1. Nice sentiment and all that...

....but there's absolutely nothing whatsoever in the Constitution that gives a movement such as this toes, let alone legs. Bush will nominate whoever he damned-well pleases and then it will be up to the Senate to either approve or disapprove or otherwise try to block the nomination. It really is just as simple as that and thinking that any kind of a grassroots support movement for one candidate or another is a total waste of time and energy that would be better invested in something that stands a chance of making a difference.
