Don't put up with this shit. Go after the DLC Dems who are playing along. Email takes so little time ... and people, they do pay attention to their email. You can make a difference.

1. Do you have an address? Please. Thanks.
Would be happy to send another. Just sent one on the DNC site supporting Dean.

4. I Send Them Daily
I send E-Mails to my Representatives and Senators, I send them to other Representatives and Senators as well, when they have done well or poorly as I see it. This is one that I will be sending E-Mails about no matter what the press does or doesn't do with it. The disclosed minutes of that meeting demand a Constitutional response. If nothing else the Congress is required to inquire as to its authenticity and then, if it appears to be legitimate to follow on with such investigation as is necessary to see if wrongdoing has occurred. That is the duty of our sworn Representatives. I demand they do their duty, no more and no less.

5. Yes, it is a distraction

It is too much like a soap opera they are creating.

I don't mind the talk on DU because there are people figuring out what is happening with the country and benefit by sifting through the comments. What I hate is that the media drowns out priority subjects by starting an endless drivel of he said, she said he said, she said he did not say what she said he said, he should not have said that about what he said.

6. Yep. That's exactly what it is. Any of these Dems who are responding
to it are helping the Republicans change the subject. If they *wanted* to accomplish anything for us, they'd accept the invitations from the media, listen to the Dean question, and demand that Bush explain the Downing Street Memo.

Many of these Dem "leaders" don't *want* to push the DSM.

7. Dean is actually saying these things to distract from the DSM?
Why would he do that?

9. No, not him
He was speaking to the business of country. Anybody else could stand up and denounce the deficits, the illegal war in Iraq, fascism in search of global domination, or the ring in the nose of the religious right that enables the neocons. But responding on the words of another and baited by media, various Democrats fueled a soap opera by turning things into a story with characters and diverted attention away from a nation with critical and timely issues in need of change.
