If/when Bu$h gets impeached, who takes over?
If the Downing Street Memo or Election Fraud end up taking Bu$h down and he gets impeached, does Cheney and Co. go with him? Who would become President?

If Bu$h goes down for Election fraud and Kerry was found to have won the election, does Kerry take over?

If Cheney would take over, isn't that worse than having Bu$h being their puppet?

You just can't be elected more than twice.

7. The lies were repeated over and over
by the whole administration. They should all be impeached over it. Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Condi and right on down the line to all who sold the war on lies.

Moreover, the whole house, not just the facade, will be brought down.

What, ya' think ONLY the neoCON corporacrats learned something from the 70's?

C'mon!!! Don't give these corrupt mo-fos too much credit. They were taken down before, they will be taken down, again, IN SPITE of their calculative planning to cover their greedy, wrinkled behinds.

Have some faith or get outta' the way!!!

I'm only half joking.

Constitutionally, what would happen? Congress elects a new president? Congress calls for emergency elections?

repubs and some Dems would have to impeach bush for something they voted for and risk losing the next election.

Thislist looks to be bit outdated as to the slot holders, but its still pretty damned scary.

As to Kerry just getting it ... won't happen/can't happen.

27. I'd say impeach every goddamn one of them!
You heard me.

Impeach Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Gonzales, Rice, etc. The whole lot!

Impeach and remove the entire executive branch if you have to!

We will find somebody decent down the line who can take over. We have to!

8. I think if Bush went down Cheney would too
Spiro Agnew went down with Nixon. I think if everything came to light Cheney would be impeached as well.

There is no constitutional way for Kerry to take over. Bush was sworn in as President. That makes it final.

And try to install Bill Frist I know this now from experience. The voting machines must be stopped and Jack Abramoff sentenced to prison!!

21. Spiro went down for unrelated crimes...
"Agnew resigned after pleading nolo contendere (no contest) to a criminal charge of tax evasion, part of a scheme where he allegedly accepted $29,500 in bribes during his tenure as governor of Maryland."

19. If, by any chance Shrub was impeached, he would spill
the beans by saying he was just following orders. He would pull the strings from his back and flop over. Then we could go after Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rove, Card, Rice, Myers, Negroponte, BOLTON, the media for propping up the damned regime and let's see, have I left anyone out? Oh, yes, Elaine Chao who is secretly working for China.

14. No.
The Constitution makes no provision for the impeachment of the Vice President. They would have to impeach Bush, swear Cheney in, and then start impeachment proceedings over again.

20. President Pelosi in 2006
The impeachment process will take a while, we'll have a Democratic controlled Congress after the 2006 election, Pelosi will be Speaker of the House, and when Bush & Cheney are impeached, Pelosi will become president.

32. If the Senate convicts him and brings this all out into the spotlight...
I wouldn't care if a republican was president so long as it was John McCain or someone with minimal integrity. Either way, I'd want a clean election and no more repeats of Washington or 2000.
