Bush meets another of Bin Ladens demands.
Last American Combat Troops Quit Saudi Arabia

IYADH, Saudi Arabia, Sept. 18 — The last few American combat troops pulled out of the Prince Sultan Air Base here earlier this month, officially closing the Persian Gulf headquarters used by the Air Force during both Iraq wars and concluding a nearly 13-year run of extensive United States military operations in Saudi Arabia.

1. Good spin
Just think if Clinton had pulled our forces our of Saudi how the Right Wing would have howled. Of course, they always forget how Reagan pulled the Marines out of Lebanon after the bombing which was a major signal to the terrorists that if you kill American soldiers you can make us run.
