Mr.Bush unveiled a new defense budget today.
He proposed spending more than one Trillion dollars ,double the current amount starting in fiscal 2007.When asked to explain why we need such a massive increase and how we can pay for it,he had the following answers.

The world is full of terrorists, you see.It is hard work finding and bringing them to justice.Don Rumsfeld tells me that is why we need the rods from God project putting weapons in space. With that in place we can kill thousands of people on earth in an instant. The more we kill, the cheaper it becomes.

As to your second question, we will finance this increase in defense budget by more tax cuts. Ronald Reagan showed that the more taxes are cut, the more revenues that are generated. And there was no greater genius at finance than RR.Before Peggy Noonan gets hold of this,I better go.

Fun Boy Three - The Lunatics Have Taken Over The Asylum

I see a clinic full of cynics
Who want to twist the peoples' wrist
They're watching every move we make
We're all included on the list

The lunatics have taken over the asylum
The lunatics have taken over the asylum

No nuclear the cowboy told us
And who am i to disagree
'Cos when the madman flips the switch
The nuclear will go for me

The lunatics have taken over the asylum
The lunatics have taken over the asylum

I've seen the faces of starvation
But i just can not see the points
'Cos there's so much food here today
That no one wants to take away

The lunatics have taken over the asylum
The lunatics have taken over the asylum
The lunatics have taken over the asylum - take away my right to choose
The lunatics have taken over the asylum - take away my point of view
The lunatics have taken over the asylum
The lunatics have taken over the asylum - take away my dignity,
Take these things away from me
The lunatics have taken over the asylum
The lunatics have taken over the asylum - take away my family,
Take away the right to speak
The lunatics have taken over the asylum take away my point of view,
Take away my right to choose
