7. Probably more accurate.
When I stated monocracy, I was thinking more along the lines of a one party state...like the former USSR...

4. May I extend the question?
From who/wherever the source of this empire originates, are we living in a one-world government?

6. Interesting question. I may be cynical but I can see it as being between
the Bilderbergers (did I spell that right?) on one side and an emerging Asia (China)on the other.

10. The one world government only comes
when the European Socialists have complete control. Not when the American Multi-National Corporations have it.

I guess we didn't go to the same school.

Or ironic. Or however anyone wants to describe that. I apologize for not being just a bit more clear. I should probably label that next time.

8. We're free to choose what kind of
ice cream we want, with many different flavors. We can choose to have a green, blue, red, yellow, black, white, or any color automobile. Plenty of TV stations. Sports everyday, especially during the NFL season(can't get enough NFL on TV). We have a flag people will die for. More people with billions of dollars than we've ever had. We're all living longer(with the help of drugs).

Hell, I don't know what you're so worried about.

11. The things you mentioned
The things you mentioned are cheap inconsequential distractions that have no bearing on our individual freedoms or the quality of life. As far as lifespan goes, who cares if we're living longer if we're living solely to serve others?

20. That's what I was going for
Edited on Fri Jun-10-05 10:22 AM by NoMoreMyths
All our wonderous choices involve the inconsequential.

My favorite part about the lifespan, is that back when people were living 30 or 40 years, nobody had the concept of time, so you didn't know you only lived 30 or 40 years.
