So....media keeps telling us that Kerry had no devoted supporters |

I think they intentionally overlook a few million of us who would stand and fight alongside Kerry no matter what.
CD REVIEWS AND MUSIC: DEFENDING HIS HONOUR
GAVIN MARTIN
Source: THE MIRROR Date: June 10, 2005
When the drummer from the then recently deceased Kurt Cobain's band Nirvana announced he was forming a band, critics sneered. They called Dave Grohl the Grunge Ringo and said his career as a frontman would be short-lived.
Ten years later, Grohl, brandishing a guitar rather than drumsticks, is five albums into a successful career that shows no sign of fading. If he wasn't such a nice guy he would probably have his middle finger permanently raised.
This half-acoustic, half-electric double CD is the most ambitious Foo Fighters release to date, but it's a strictly a black and white experience.
Whether rocking like a beast or showing his tender side, Grohl can't shake his nice, but slightly dull, persona. Disc One is Dave's full-rocking battle cry, partly inspired by his time on John Kerry's campaign trail. The opening title track begins like a cavalry gathering on the hillside with Dave the raw-throated warrior delivering his pre-battle pledge - "Mine is yours and yours is mine/In your honour I would die tonight". >>>>>>>>

7. Ah, it is so very nice to see these types of media write-ups. |
|
I don't know much about the Foo Fighters, but I like their recognition and words of praise for John Kerry- a very honest heart felt dedication. I think I'm going to purchase the CD just out of respect for their good taste in presidential candidates. Yes, John Kerry gets the respect he deserves. Its about time!

8. You never saw this type of write-up during the campaign. The media kept |
|
to Karl's script that noone really liked Kerry. Even after the primaries, the media kept focusing on the Dean supporters who were still angry instead of the millions of excited Kerry supporters.
The media is just a conduit for Rove's talking points 90% of the time.

Country "Music" :argh:
It's no longer Johnny Cash out there. This new breed of Country "artists" are corporate-Neo Cons.
