Lexus vanity plate leaving Country Club: "TAXPAYOR"!
As the kids used to say, Make me puke!

:puke:

DMM and family are pretty fortunate, and pay a sh**tload of taxes, but there is little we find less attractive than those whom fortune has blessed begrudging paying taxes! God forbid they might give up a dollar they have to help someone less fortunate, or even pay their fair share of the cost of governance. And I know a lot of these people -- they vote on Election Day for only one reason: to vote for the candidate or party that will mean less taxes for themselves. That's all they care about. What a petty, meaningless life.

5. Well, I was behind him as he pulled out of the Club, on way to grocery --
Edited on Fri Jun-10-05 06:07 PM by DeepModem Mom
thought I'd best not honk him over, but was hoping he was headed to the grocery, too, so I could ask.

2. Either the guy can't spell or someone has TAXPAYER. But 8 is ILLEGAL.
States allow for 7 characters only. Per a federal law.

T A X P A Y ? R (? = E or O). That's 8.

Better check with the po'leece.

14. Someone else probably has the one
spelled TaxpayEr, you have to get creative when spellings things out for a special plate. I don't see as it is any big deal  you should see some of the crazy spellings here but you can still read what they were getting at.

6. LOL! Yeah, he has a similar spelling problem --
or the DMV has some limit that prevents that word spelled out.

12. I know, I love it.
It's new too - because there used to be a regular plate on it. I always admire it as I'm driving past - so I notice these things. :)

15. Hmmm
I wonder if Luke 21:1-4 would make an impression on our friend in the Lexus?

Prolly not. That's one of them stories in the Bible that don't quite make it into the Repressive Right's lectionary.
