2. Fratricide by fragmentation grenade.
A term from the Viet Nam war. One more example of the similarities this war has with that one.

5. A fragging is when someone is killed by members of his own unit in a
combat situation. During Vietnam, many officers were killed by their own men because of their perceived incompetence or lack of concern for their men.

Frag is a term from the Vietnam war, most commonly meaning to assassinate an unpopular member of one's own fighting unit by dropping a fragmentation grenade into the victim's tent at night. The idea was that the attack would be blamed on the enemy, and, due to the dead man's unpopularity, no one would contradict the cover story. Fragging could also imply intentional friendly fire during combat.

6. I hope they give all the names.
I have no mixed feelings about disclosing ANY information. We've been told so little thus far, and I don't want anything to be held back. I'm very sorry for the loss of the families involved, but we're never going to wake up the masses until they realize the real horrors of this fucking war!

7. I can't disagree with you.
I guess releasing the names is for the greater good. But the big picture is hard on these families.
