Considering all the things this administration
has done such as the torture memos, starting an illegal war, Sensenbrenner's dog and pony show yesterday, not allowing the Dems to participate in drafting bills, missing money in Iraq, etc. that we CAN see and know about, I'm wondering how much is going under the radar that we CAN'T see and thus aren't aware of.
Are we just seeing the tip of the iceberg? What we can see is bad enough, but it scares me to think of what they don't want us to know about and thusly take extra measures to keep it from being known.

1. Back when Kerry had a spine....
Back when he had a spine and oh so long ago, the Senator from Massachusetts said it best. "Bush and his friends are the worst bunch of criminals to ever be seen in the United States, I can't even tell you how many crimes they have committed."

IE: really, really, stinking piles of manure bad and insane...

2. The fact that...
...it's now being done so blatantly (yesterday's performance by Sensenbrenner) tells me that we're getting close to a tipping point of some kind. That performance was a slap in the face of every single person in the country who disagrees with the administration. They're daring us to stop them.

3. I agree, it is in the air.
Perhaps because I am in a Blue enclave, but every one is a little shell shocked. I think something will happen soon and we need to be alert and respond appropriately.

I am very concerned that they will use an event soon as a reason to impose martial law. I hope to be proven daft by future events!

4. They lock Dems out of meetings
all the time, they will not allow Dems in the House to present amendments, they refuse to let Dems debate, they hold secret meetings at 2 A.M. behind locked doors, they produce bills to be passed that the Dems have had NO input on.....I can't imagine all the crap they do that we don't know about. The Democrats should buy an hour of TV PRIMEtime and just spill the beans on these people. Tell the world what's going on. It would be well worth the $$$$$$.
