Springer re: Howard Dean. Springer was addressing a bunch of PD's at a
conference when he got a phone call. It was Hannity - putting Jerry on his show - live - right in front of all those people.

Hannity asked Jerry what he thought about Dean. Jerry pointed out that people will not stop and think "Boy, I'd vote Democrat except I don't like the Chairman of the party." He said that Dean is taking care of the base and a lot of other good, sensible things about Dean.

Jerry also told Hannity "Someday maybe I'll have your talent and maybe you'll have my money" - a real put-down to Hannity. I can't convey how funny it was.

I don't know how to provide a link to it. I download "Springer on the Radio" each day so I can hear it when I get home from work. I think it was Thursday's show.

1. Anytime anyone knocks down Hannity...I'm filled with warmth and
contentment...kind of like when I've had a little too much to drink!

I love the way Jerry's mind works.

4. I'm listening to Friday's show now as I'm on DU. Springer is talking abou
about Dean again. He is pointing out that Dean is the "coach" for Democrats. Just like a coach on a ballteam says "Let's go out and kill them." The coach doesn't really mean they should kill them, he is just pumping up the team spirit. The same for Dean - he keeps our spirits up.

Springer is very, very good at defending Dean. Spring is a lawyer and can think on his feet.

3. Jerry Springer kicks ass
As much as I hated his television show (and he's quite forthright that it was total garbage), his radio show has become my favorite on AAR.

5. I predict his show will be number one on AAR by the end of the year.
When he did the news on tv in his home state, he won all kinds of Peabody awards. He knows what he is doing, just give him a little time. I can tell the show is running smoother already.
