FEMA CONCENTRATION CAMPS: Locations and Executive Orders

There over 800 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney general's signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached. The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a "mass exodus" of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons.

Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which will be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose. Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework for this operation.

The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can hold approximately 2 million people.

But sadly people have been conditioned to veiw conspirasy as"paranoid" and refuse to think the government could be that bad.What they don't realize is yes it could be ansdd as long as they REFUSE to connect the obvious they will be unable to look directly at the problem that leaders are corrupt.

4. People that actually think "the Government" would not be that bad

are living in a fantasy world themselves .
Look at the history of this Nation and the plans of PNAC, Japanese internment, slavery, the raping and pillaging of indigenous people here and all over the world,etc.

this is freaking me out. I remember when the Cubans were locked up at Fort Chaffee where I live . It was horrific, they rioted because of the conditions.
All the government has to do is claim you are a terrorist or terrorist sympathizer, gay whatever they decide !

Ft. Chaffee (near Fort Smith, Arkansas) - Has new runway for aircraft, new
camp facility with cap of 40,000 prisoners Pine Bluff Arsenal - This
location also is the repository for B-Z nerve agent, which causes
sleepiness, dizziness, stupor; admitted use is for civilian control. Jerome
- Chicot/Drew Counties - site of WWII Japanese camps Rohwer - Descha County
- site of WWII Japanese camps Blythville AFB - Closed airbase now being
used as camp. New wooden barracks have been constructed at this location.
Classic decorations - guard towers, barbed wire, high fences. Berryville -
FEMA facility located east of Eureka Springs off Hwy. 62. Omaha - Northeast
of Berryville near Missouri state line, on Hwy 65 south of old wood
processing plant. Possible crematory facility.

I toured the area around Goat Mtn a couple years ago and there are railways in the vicinity.

In an attempt to further corroborate, I assumed that if someone was doing some mass scale excavation, it'd be felt by seismographs in the areas. The Colton High School webicorder is about 20 miles from Goat Mtn. I haven't watched it in awhile, but when I was.. there were tell-tale signs of excavation. The graphs showed ground movement that was consistent in strength and timing. This movement was always recorded during regular working hours and never during the evenings or weekends. It doesn't look like the webicorder has picked up anything recently, but I have screen shots (on another computer) that confirm the pattern. I am not saying you guys are wrong to wonder about what our government would be willing to do, but this particular website is pretty over the top.

I just finished a lot assessment work on the old Chanute AFB (listed as one of the potential prison sites in Illinois) and I can tell you that it is NOT set up as a prison camp. I have driven it, I have seen the aerial photos and I have inspected a large chunk of it--and I'm here to tell you it couldn't hold girl scouts, let alone prisoners.

Large portions of that former base have been designated as a "Superfund" site, meaning the EPA has determined it is chock full of toxic waste. The barracks that were torn down were full of asbestos and had holes in the roofs--they were not usable in any way.

The majority of the old base housing has been sold to private individuals for residential purposes (apartments and single family) and many of the base structures have been leased out (on 99 year leases) to private corporations for light industrial use.

Just my observations on one site...

10. ahh yes the FEMA camps

this was popular fodder for the Black Helicopter Ruby Ridge crowd during the Clinton Presidency - where the camps were attributed to a Satanic conspiracy bent on concentration-camping all the Christians in order to usher in the reign of the one-world government under the anti-christ.
