4. Uh oh, doesn't this blow a hole
In their "popular wartime president" mantra? I find it amusing that Republicans pretend to know what "the American people" think or know or say, particularly when their own research tells them the exact opposite. And Bush doesn't govern by polls? Since when, Mr. Ose?

9. And when another majority votes against him,
I won't be surprised if he dismisses them as a "focus group."

8. he said it about ten times
Ose, that is. He said "doesn't govern by polls" about ten times in sixty seconds. That's the only talking point they could cough up, I guess.

11. Plus, it's BS
They are REALLY worried about the polls. They just say "didn't hurt me!" when it's KILLIN' 'em. Hard to steal an election when you've only got about 25% support. :)

12. Begala set him up
by saying he hoped the repubs would respond this way, the same way Bush Sr. did when his numbers dropped. Then Oso stupid cued up with this bogus answer. The regime is not prepared to deal with this and the response that it doesn't matter because * doesn't pay attention to the polls will have to be changed. But to what, eh?
