Anybody watch "Into the West"?

Imagine Real Indians playing Indian parts.

1. Watch Thunderheart

everyone on the cast was either Native American or part Native American

2. No kidding? Any major parts?

Do they have names in the movie? I just watched a couple of minutes of it...The opening...the medicine man had a vision...the buffaloes disappeared and his people were living in square houses. It looked good, but I had to do something else.

3. Michael Spears who plays Dog Star

Irene Berdard who plays Light Shines and Nakota LaRance who plays a young native boy taken from his parents and sent to a boarding school. Nakota is the son of one of best friends. he was on Jay Leno (the hoop dancing kid) and also on America's Most Talented Kids. I am an artist(painter) so we all run in the same circles. The Native world is small so we in the arts tend to know each other.

and I just knew that those were Native American faces. Damn, it's nice to know that.
