because they refused to involve Congress and chose to act unilaterally....go it alone.

The repubs have been content to go along for the ride. They have been writing one check after an another.

Congress, not the prez has the power to determine the punishment toward other nations.

That place serves no purpose other than to create more terrorists.

Until the world comes to grips with the reasons why terrorists exist in the first place, no progress will ever be made on the "war."
