Could the news media focus on anything more inane? Oh look, Dean said something dumb again, that's a good distraction too! Is there any real news on the TV "news" networks at all? Anything?
I think I heard there's a war going on somewhere. I wonder if anyone was killed in it recently. Who knows. :shrug:

... respond to press question, and I find myself renewing my faith in the basic decency of people. I see MANY decent, conscientious people from very diverse backgrounds who worked diligently and honestly to perform their duties in our justice system.
When I watch them, I miss California even more. The representative from the Spanish language media was able to reasonably ask if one of the jurors could answer in Spanish for his viewership ... and got one of several candidates who could do so. I loved that.

I found out today I am a rabid supporter of child molestation because I didn't propose mutilating or lynching someone who had failed to be convicted of that which he was accused.
