Tom Sneddon acted so relieved... I believe he is part of a huge coverup...
Edited on Mon Jun-13-05 06:15 PM by theearthisround
Tom Sneddons reaction was completely absurd. What type of a prosecutor doesn't stand by their case after the verdict comes in? He just says something to the extent of "I have faith in the system". He didn't even act like he was angry that someone he believed to be a child molester got off the hook... In fact the vibe he gave off was overwhelmingly one of relief...

Is it possible he had something to gain by not doing his job? Is it possible he was compromised by forces who have something to gain from Jackson being found not guilty?

Is it possible the Judge had something to gain by not doing his job? Is it possible he was compromised by forces who have something to gain from Jackson being found not guilty?

Now every pundit on the Project Mockingbird controlled TV is banging the drums saying the jury system is always right... What if it was wrong? Is that possible? Shouldn't it be acknowledged jury's sometimes get it wrong?

Ever since the Gannon saga I will never look at things the same. During that saga someone posted that their professional psychic friend who often works for the police said he psychically spied on Neverland Ranch and said it was a pedophile ring... Thats obviously not evidence but knowing about the "Franklin Cover-up" it sure as heck made me view everything in a different light... I did a lot of research into Jacksons History and I've found it to be disturbing to say the least. Jackson is so heavily involved with the elite it shook me to my core.

Here are just a few notable things that made me think...

1993
# A new U.S. Children's Relief Initiative announced in Los Angeles: "Heal LA", in collaboration with Cities In Schools, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, the BEST Foundation, Watts Health Foundation, and the Partnership for a Drug Free America, will help solve the problems facing inner-city youth by providing drug-abuse and AIDS prevention education, mentoring, and immunization campaigns.

# HTW Donated $1.25 million plus proceeds from Michael Jackson's half-time performance at Super Bowl XXVII to Heal LA

March -- Immunization/Children's Health Initiative announced by HTW foundation and Former President Jimmy Carter and The Atlanta Project.

March -- Urban anti-drug media campaign launched by the Partnership for a Drug-Free America, the Partnership for a Drug-free California and The BEST Foundation in Los Angeles with support from HTW Foundation and Heal L.A.

May -- Michael Jackson visits Atlanta. Heal the World, Former President Jimmy Carter's Atlanta Project Immunization/Children's Health Initiative, the Turner Broadcasting System, Inc., Ronald McDonald Children's Charities, Gladys Knight, and TLC provide for the immunization of 17,000 children in 5 days in Atlanta, Georgia.

June -- Michael Jackson attends a rally in Los Angeles to launch a new DARE program, called DAREPLUS (Drug Abuse Resistance Education - Play and Learn Under Supervision)

December -- Heal the World with the Gorbachev Foundation, USA airlifted 60,000 doses of children's vaccines to Tblisi, in the Republic of Georgia.

1992

May -- President George Bush presents Michael Jackson with an award acknowledging him as a "Point of Light" ambassador in recognition of Jackson's efforts in inviting disadvantaged children to his home in California.

July -- Psychologist Dr. Wayne Dyer dedicates his book Real Magic to Michael Jackson. Dr. Dyer felt Michael deserved the honor because of his commitment to world peace and helping children.

September -- Donated 1 million pesetas to charity headed by the Queen of Spain.

1990

April -- Michael is honored as the "Entertainer of the Decade" on behalf of the Capital Children's Museum. Later, he is guest of honor at a fund raising banquet to benefit the museum. The award is presented by President George Bush at the White House.

1989
February -- Children at the Cleveland Elementary School in Stockton, California receive a visit from Michael Jackson. The children had earlier been traumatized by a sniper opening fire on their school. Many of those present reported that Jackson's visit helped them to feel safe again.

Spring -- Michael Jackson invites two hundred children from St. Vincent's Home for Dysfunctional Children and from the Big Brothers and Big Sisters Programs to the Circus Vargas in Santa Barbara to help him celebrate his purchase of Neverland Ranch.

July -- Michael Jackson presents a check in the amount of $450,000 to the Princes' Trust, a charity for disadvantaged children. He also contributes to the Wishing Well Fund, established to help finance the construction of a new building for London's Hospital for Sick Children. Michael toured the hospital and visited with some of the patients. He also donated 100,000 pounds to the
Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital, where he visited the ill children, reading them a story.

August -- Michael performs a concert for the British Charity, Give For Life. The $130,000 proceeds from the concert were contributed toward helping immunize 40,000 children.

May -- Michael Jackson donates the use of his song Beat It to a national advertising campaign against drinking and driving. For his contribution, he received a Special Achievement Award presented by President Ronald Reagan.

Neverland Ranch is filled to the brim with helpless children. Everything from "disadvantaged children" to kids who are "traumatized" and "terminally ill". Pedophiles always go for kids who's families are crazy because they know they will be found not to be credible if it ever gets to court.

He is busy raising massive amounts of money for things like "Immunization" which are sketchy to say the least.
http://www.prisonplanet.com/archives/vaccines/index.htm

Hes involved with a whole host of Shady characters. Not the least of which Dr. Wayne Dyer... I saw this guy on PBS and he was doing tons of extremely manipulative NLP "anchoring". He would "anchor" what he called "the source" and "getting in touch with the source" (the whole time alluding to the source being god but never explicitly saying it) to a hand signal. He would then fire the handsignal off every time he mentioned his book... (associating getting in touch with the source to buying his book) This is extremely manipulative as anyone who knows NLP can verify.

Also everyones favorite from "the Franklin Cover-up" George Bush is busy "acknowledging him as a "Point of Light" ambassador in recognition of Jackson's efforts in inviting disadvantaged children to his home in California".

I don't know for sure what is really going on here but I know for sure there is more to this story...

2. Is it possible that there actually isn't an actual conspiracy of any sort?
Just poor prosecutorial judgment or sound motives but a difficult case or MJ was actually not guilty or ...

3. Is It Possible
That Mr. Sneddon was incompetent, or maybe the prosecutor's office should have given the case to someone who didn't have a personal stake in the trial.

Could it be that using a lying crook as your great witness, wasn't the most intelligent thing to do? Could it that the judge was just doing his job as required by law?

Could it be that the jurors were just following the instructions and the law as it is written in the state of California?

Shouldn't it be acknowledged that maybe sometimes juries get it right, even if we don't agree with the verdict?

Myself, I'm not a Michael Jackson fan, and I hope that from this time on that parents are more careful and keep a better eye on their children, just in case the jury was wrong.

7. More developments... anyone know what this is about?
http://www.ndaa-apri.org/ndaa/profile/tom_sneddon_jan_feb_2003.html
He has been re-elected five consecutive times since his initial and contested election.

http://207.58.140.95/forums/lofiversion/index.php/t40069.html
Mr. Zonen said: "Tom Sneddon was elected to district attorney in 1982 by an overwhelming majority of the vote. No one has run against him since that time. . . . No one in the state of California has held the position of district attorney longer than Tom Sneddon. He's been elected repeatedly because . . . of his skill, hard work and, particularly, his integrity."
No mention of the "contested" election....

http://www.countyofsb.org/da/about/sneddon.asp

On January 3, 1983, I took office as the 33rd District Attorney of Santa Barbara County. I've been re-elected without opposition for 5 terms. On January 6, 2003, I will be starting my sixth term as the County's District Attorney.
No mention of the "contested" election...

Can anyone find any information on his first "contested" election...?

http://www.ndaa-apri.org/ndaa/profile/tom_sneddon_jan_feb_2003.html
A newspaper article described him as “arguably the single most powerful person in all of Santa Barbara County.” On the basis of his office, popularity and authoritative presence, many in his jurisdiction would drop the “arguably.”

All that power seems prime for corruption/blackmail...

8. David Danielson-SantaBSherriff accused of child molestation.. case ignored
http://site2.mjeol.com/modules/news/article.php?storyid=1278

While the world watches Santa Barbara District Attorney Tom Sneddon prepare to make his case against superstar Michael Jackson on charges of child molestation, the Santa Maria parents of another alleged molestation victim wonder why Sneddon abandoned them in their search for truth.

David Bruce Danielson retired last year from the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Department, where he worked as a detective until his July 20, 2002, arrest on suspicion of child molestation.

In August 2002, Sneddon decided not to prosecute Danielson, of Orcutt, who was then 49, married and a veteran forensic investigator who had worked on some of the county's most serious criminal cases.

During a subsequent internal investigation into the molestation allegations, Danielson remained on paid administrative leave until he retired, according to sheriff's Lt. Julie McCammon.

Citing confidentiality, Sheriff's Department officials declined to release specifics about how long Danielson collected his paycheck while on administrative leave or how much money he received when he retired June 17, 2003.

Danielson received full pay during the time he did not work and applied that time to his pension, McCammon said. Danielson did not return to partial duty because of the seriousness of the child molestation allegations, she said.

The completed internal investigation did not exonerate Danielson, Sheriff Jim Anderson said Monday.

"He retired in lieu of termination," Anderson said.

Danielson could not be reached for comment.

Sneddon did not respond to a request to discuss the difference between freeing Danielson and prosecuting Jackson. But the district attorney has previously said that Danielson's lack of provable criminal intent figured prominently into the decision to release the detective.

Although Sneddon has offered few details about the charges against Jackson, the veteran prosecutor obviously believes Jackson acted willfully.

But Danielson admitted only to accidentally fondling the then 14-year-old child in a one-time occurrence, according to Sneddon, who said in an August 2002 interview that the deputy admitted touching the girl "in areas people would consider inappropriate."

Sneddon said Danielson came home after a night of drinking and crawled into his wife's bed where the child, who was a guest in the home, was sleeping.

"He touched (the child) a few places (and) by what he was touching realized it wasn't his wife," Sneddon said. "He said, 'Oh my gosh,' and jumped out of bed."

Sneddon said the subsequent investigation into the girl's claims did not provide the required evidence necessary to file a formal charge and prepare for court.

The child's parents, whose names are not being used to protect the identity of the alleged victim, believe that a provable case existed against Danielson.

The girl's mother and father also wonder why the Sheriff's Department - and not an outside police agency - conducted the investigation. One of the detectives even identified himself as a friend of Danielson, the child's mother said shortly after Sneddon declined to prosecute.

The child's father said last week that the Jackson case seems to depend on the word of a child who, like his daughter, cooperated with Santa Barbara County law enforcement officials.

But Sneddon didn't take his daughter's statements seriously enough to go to court.

Jackson's alleged victim, however, is expected to testify as Sneddon's star witness.

Shortly after Sneddon decided not to prosecute Danielson, the child wrote about her feelings, her father said.

"When I came clean I expected to be set free from the burden I had been carrying for so long, however, the only person set free was David Danielson," the child wrote.

"I am astounded at the stupidity the DA showed by allowing this man to be released of all charges. David Danielson may be free, but I am still emotionally trapped. There is not one day that I don't wish I wouldn't have come clean..."

"This happened to me when I was 14," she wrote. "I am now 16. I am a junior in high school, and I feel alone in this. I am asking the community to please help me to bring this man to justice. I don't want this to happen to other young girls. Santa Barbara County, please HELP..."

The child signed her letter "The "IGNORED' Teen.

The girl's father describes the now 17-year-old high school senior as bright, busy and sensitive. Yet, he worries that she will feel even more alone now that Sneddon has taken the word of another alleged child molestation victim more seriously than hers.

"Maybe it's because it is high profile, higher profile, but still, in her mind it's the same situation," he said. "She's still angry."

Although the child is "over what actually happened," the child's father said "her anger stems toward Sneddon." Although the girl's family dealt with an assistant district attorney in Santa Maria, "it all boils down to Sneddon's hands" in Santa Barbara, he said.

Despite Danielson's shocking admission to several people, Sneddon judged the evidence to be weak.

Maybe so.

But, in this uncelebrated case, even the best legal judgment does little to convince a still-vulnerable child that trust and truth matter.

And the puzzle begins to fall into place...

The girl's mother and father also wonder why the Sheriff's Department - and not an outside police agency - conducted the investigation. One of the detectives even identified himself as a friend of Danielson, the child's mother said shortly after Sneddon declined to prosecute.

9. coverup? He's a massive fuckup
What a fucking asshole, to bring a case that wastes millions of the
public's money and time to bring about no conviction due to a very very
weak case. Sneddon is way out of line with the public interest, a
greasy incompetent schmuck in a california backwater playing prosecutor
like his heros on the television.

I'm furious at this guy for bringing a frivolous case and i hope he
pays for his crimes against the people... perhpas MJ is too tired to
bring civil suit against them for defamation and liabel, but certainly
the public should sack the snivelling bastard.
