Racism in the HIRING PROCESS & THE WORKPLACE

Dear All,

We're writing an article about racism in the workplace and let me say that the discrimination is alive and well in this country which is ridiculous. The material we have is mindblowing as to what is happening during the recruiting process in Corporate America.

If you think it's bad in the workplace, just wait until you find out how bad it is in the schools.

2. Racism is very much alive and well in America today.

However, racists don't want to know they are racist. They make a lot of excuses for racist actions and thoughts and won't admit the roots of those actions and thoughts are racist. Even more chilling are those who admit they are racist and that they have a perfect right to be so, and often they quote the Bible as giving their racism validity.

3. Racism is alive all over America...

Racism is alive and well in all facets of our lives. I moved down to Missouri about two years ago, and my first run in with racism (my wife and i are native american) we were both heading up to Joplin for dinner, and a black/silver truck cute us off, and i was about ready to flip the finger, as the finger was needed for the incident, adn before i gave the truck the finger, i glanced at the back window of the truck and saw Nazi swastikas all along the bottom of the truck window. I held my finger in check, and my wife, told me to just act normal, and she slowed down and the truck sped off.

My wife has told me a lot of things that are very very disturbing, especially in rural parts of Ark, dealing with religous fanatics...believe me, racism is alive everywhere brothers/sisters...
