Crappy post and great response on another message board
Well the Stalinist's, keep their word(LMAO) less than 2 weeks. Between using the word "Extraordinary", the Left is now trying the Bolton Tactic, on Judicial Nominees. It must be true that the the Out of Control Judiciary is the last bastion of survival for the fringe left. Being the democrats cannot win at the ballot box they need cooperative judges to continue their tyranny of the minority.
"Stalinists" is beyond me.(by the way you shouldn't use 's because Stalinists is not possessive) The totalitarian regime of Stalin is much more closely resembled by the modern day Republicans and especially the Bush administration. Stalin wanted to control everything with an iron fist, and did, just like Bush and the Republicans do.
As far as not winning at the ballot box, be careful. From what I can see of Bush's historically low approval ratings and the current Republican non-popularity, and the dropping support for the war in Iraq, I would say you Republicans better force as much of your Stalinist garbage down our throats as soon as possible, because I doubt you will have much more of a chance to.

1. It just boggles my mind...
that anyone in their right mind would want to be on the side that nominates people like Bolton, Rogers, Pryor, etc., not to mention supporting BushCo. I understand that people hold beliefs/opinions that differ from ours regarding how to run a country, but these people are so beyond extreme...maybe that just shows how many extremists we have in this country, I don't know.

2. Total agreement, total amazement
over how many people seem to be siding with the monsters. One other thing BushCo has done, ruined my faith in humanity. Completely. Truly. To think of American men going to Iraq and doing what's been done in those prisons, and that's not the half of it? I NEVER thought enough people would follow such insanity as to allow what has happened to happen, not even my redneck peers. Sick, sad, legacy of fools. One nation, under their dangerous, bloodthirsty god. I pity my Christian friends every day now. When it's all said and done, and our nation recovers from this hell they're putting us in, I can't help but think Christianity will fall into disfavor. Forever.

And I hope the guilt is OVERWHELMING

3. Great post, whatever4....
I can feel the pain that you feel, and of course I feel the same. I have family members that I don't speak to or see as much as I used to because I want to avoid talking about the world situation, and that's difficult to do because even talking about the price of gas can send you in that direction, right?

4. Look up the Milgram Experiment.
Next time you won't be so surprised by people's tendency to follow orders.

6. Uhhhh.....
Just a point I can't let go of...

You quoted from a post on another board "cooperative judges to continue their tyranny of the minority"

Where is the thinking here? First the poster says "the democrats cannot win at the ballot box" - since the Repubs control the WH, House & Senate, and have appointed the majority of judges since 1968, doesn't that make US the minority????

How on earth is it possible for us to continue to tyrannize the minority through the judiciary when, first of all, we ARE the minority and, second of all, we haven't appointed the majority of judges over the past 37 years??????

Those poor Repubs, lost in the persecution complex, vapidly spoon-fed falsshoods by their controllers - will they ever wake up???

10. That part of it is
a veryyyyyy rabid right wing board.
Wasn't always that way--it just digressed into that before the elections.
