Nothing Dr. Dean says can ever be as outrageous or as reprehensible as a sitting President of the United States joking that the deaths of 3000 Americans was equivalent to "hitting the trifecta". In fact, because this joke created such gales of laughter from his handpicked Republican audiences, he used it at least seven times.
