the Democrats' job is not to just obstruct anything and everything that comes from the other side. Their job is to obstruct the bad and support the good. Not that there's anything good coming out of *, but you can see how Novak is spinning this. He's saying that in essence the only role of the Democrats is to obstruct - as if that's all they ever do.

I'm not suggesting that anyone thinks otherwise, but Novak is still a top-shelf asshat in my book.
