A sobering thought...2005 is already half over, as of today. |
|
I posted this earlier, just as an oddity I noticed with the date. But a few posters pointed out how the proverbial time has flown. And with that, for the evening crowd...
At twelve noon today, we were halfway through the day which is halfway through the week which is halfway through the month which is halfway through the year which is halfway through the decade.
It's all downhill from here. Or is uphill still?

But that's not exactly what I wrote.
"...halfway through the month which is halfway through the year which is halfway through the decade..."
My headline saying we were halfway through 2005 is wrong. Good catch! I don't drink either, so I guess it was too sobering.
