While Bush and his Right Wing toadies like to talk about the tax cuts that he claims gives back our money ( Ha!), he has more than offset what piddly little tax cuts he put through for the Middle Class in the rise in price of gasoline alone by his illegal war in Iraq.He has also left our states and twons high and dry, forcing them to raise local taxes just to make ends meet.
What is worse is that the real beneficiaries of his tax cuts, the upper crust are almost completely unaffected by the price rises in gasoline and local taxes. The burden now falls disproportionately on the poor and the Middle Class.
Where are the Democrats on this issue?

Because he keeps passing federal mandates that have to be paid for by the states.
I think you'll find the Dems are more than happy to talk about these issues. I think you'll also find the press won't cover a word they said.
