Help! There is more than just the DSM - the release of other

memos has reinforced the case the DSM introduced, but it is starting to get confusing.

The Downing Street contained the smoking phrase " the intelligence is being fixed around the policy" which takes us off to the races if we want to discuss/investigate the flawed intelligence (yellow-cake, aluminum tubes, WMD, al-qaida/Iraq connections) that led to war. The Downing Street answers the "WHY" of the equasion - what the Admin would present as justifiable reasons to go to war with Hussein.

But these other Memos are answering the HOW - the need to "create the conditions" to justify regime change - the effort to "wrongfoot" Hussein, etc.

Here is my problem. No one has organized or named these supporting memos that also need to become a major part of the discussion, as together they truly create an understandable "big picture". The analogy has been made to the Pentagon Papers and the DSM is similar -it's not just a single memo, but a series of memos.

Now can someone organize the different memos as Downing 1, Downing 2
Downing 3, etc.? and put it together in some coherent plain fashion
that your average Joe could understand. Can't we make it easier to follow?
