Poster from another site: no one really cares about chimp
The conclusion I am drawing from recent events is that outside of the core of Bush fanatics and right wing hagiographers, no one really cares what George W. Bush thinks or has to say.

The various Republicans of note are now less concerned with promoting Bush than they are with promoting themselves for 2008 or preventing other leading Republicans from promoting themselves for 2008.

The Christo-Facists still sing their songs of love, but the battles that are in front of them, other than Supreme Court justice, don't involve George W. Bush.

The action is shifting from the White House to the congress and specifically the senate.

2. Democrats need to connect them to Bush every chance they
get, don't let them get away with distancing themselves from Bush and his mess.

4. I looked further into that web page and found...
something about the Schaivo autopsy, and what Bill Frist said earlier about "She certainly seems to respond to visual stimuli."

Their comment: "And how does it make Frist look when it turns out that Schiavo was blind? What kind of president would he make when he is such a pathetic doctor? Probably about the same kind of president as a pathetic Texas GOP governor became."

6. the great news is that
repugs are finding they cannot extricate themselves from their accomplishments. They are not doing the people's business and the poeople know it. Repugs will have a tough road ahead in next year's elections. Two repub red neck senators in Georgia both have under 50% approval rating. Snm Nunn or Paul Coverdell p
There is hope my friends. Now that GM ids trying to ditch healthcare that issue will explode and the repufgs are on the wrong side again.

9. All Well And Good...But...
We're seeing a ton of Repugnican fractures since the election, but we saw that in the past as well and when it comes to winning elections, they goons can still get those church buses filled.

How many did we see and hear last year who were pissed at Chimpster for the war...how many went to see Farenheit 911 and said how it opened their eyes...only to vote for the scumbag since they didn't feel "comfortable" with Kerry. This is based on "comfort" and so far people's discomfort hasn't gotten past this oxygen thief's thick teflon. And does it really matter?

Bunnypants has and always will be a puppet. He just fronted the enterprise. He was picked, we was put in office and everything he did was done by others. They know his usefulness as a puppet is all but up and now it's just a matter of time until the next one emerges. A lot has to do with who wins in '06. Bunnypants wasn't chosen until his re-election in '98.

The Democrats have to come up with their own themes...yes, we need a "Contract With America"...simple, straight forward talking points and issues and scream them until they are heard against the massive right wing rhetoric that's out there.

While it's great to see Repugnicans with leaky stomaches, to assume this is buyer's regret is opening oneself up for a big letdown.
