The only thing that should be disclosed is information pertaining to the case.

While I love the idea of Rush having to announce to the world that he has genital warts, I don't like the long-term implications of this. Medical records are private and should remain so expcet under extraordinary circumstances.

To the one of two around here who care what I post...I told ya so! I've been predicting this was coming since Rushbo's medical records could be used by the Palm Beach County DA's office. This is gonna be good!

Just to refresh the class...Rushbo wasn't targeted here...his name was dragged in as part of a larger investigation. He was a fish caught in the net. He's like those welfare cheat what show up at the free Superbowl party. Far more important...he was purchasing a controlled substance from an illegal drug dealer...and in massive quantities.

Next...there are records that show Rushbo was also purchasing drugs from various doctors at the same time. Now we still don't know if any of these doctors who issued these prescriptions ever examined Mr. Oxybaugh and why he would need such massive quantities.

In the movie, Al Pacino is gay and has AIDS. He denies being gay to his doctor, but his doctor mops the floor with him basically saying that the anal warts he has didn't get there from a whore in Singapore...at least not a FEMALE whore. Pacino then says that he doesn't have AIDS, he has LIVER disease.
